Institute of Management Bhopal is situated in Maharishi
Centre for Educational Excellence campus, situated
in the heart of India, the beautiful city of lakes––Bhopal–the
capital of Madhya Pradesh. Bhopal is well connected
by Road, Train and Air. New highways under construction
from North to South and East to West are passing through
Bhopal.
Bhopal
campus is about 10 kilo-meters from Bhopal center
on a 50 acre piece of beautiful lush green property
full of gardens and fountains in an unpolluted serene
and peaceful atmosphere. The campus is surrounded
by scenic and pictorial view providing a very suitable
and nourishing environment for the development of
student managers. This newly constructed campus is
built according to the principles of Maharishi
Sthapatya Veda -- Vastu Vidya -- to ensure
a successful and productive learning environment in
harmony with Natural Law, which promotes the wholesome
development of the student's personality -- physical,
intellectual, and creative. Seven out of 9 beautiful
large buildings with Vedic arches and domes are complete
and create an atmosphere describe as "temple
of knowledge by Maharishi Ji".
Maharishi Center for Educational Excellence (MCEE), Bhopal was established in 1999 and Maharishi Institute of Management [MIM] commenced functioning in 2001, under the guidance of His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji, with the prime objective to provide Quality and Value Based Education to the students in Management and Computer Science disciplines. Also, equip the future managers of India with the latest principles, practices, and technologies of modern management from around the world. Maharishi Shiksha Sansthan (MSS), a registered education society under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860, has established six Maharishi Institute of Management (MIMs) and 143 Maharishi Vidya Mandir (MVM) Schools in 16 States across the country. Maharishi Institute of Management (MIM) takes pride in developing students in such a way that, their achievements are recognized in the highly competitive corporate world.
Excellent
outdoor sports facilities are available and indoor
sports facilities including swimming pool and most
modern fully equipped gymnasium and health fitness
center is under construction. Multi functional auditorium
with capacity of 1000 seats is also under construction.
Central Library
The Institute has a well-established, modern, well-lighted Library. It has adequate modern collection of knowledge resources and innovative information services for students. A large number of newspaper and magazines are also subscribed in the library. The Library holds knowledge resource predominantly related to management, computers and allied subjects. The Library offers information services set to the highest professional standards. There are two more libraries attached to the Main Library i.e. B.Ed Library and B.P.Ed Library dedicated to the requirement of these two course.
Resources : Resources include Books, Journals, Audio- Visual materials, CD-ROMs, e-Journals. It is planned to add additional reference books to cater to the needs of increase intake of students in various courses.
Books : The Library has a highly selective collection of over 13500 books in the area of Management, Computers, Education, Physical Education and subjects of general interest.
Journals: The Library subscribes to business, information
technology ,political and social magazines and journals of
National and International repute.
Audio-Video Aids: Educational Videos are available in the Library. Class room teaching is imparted using LCD projectors, OHP, T.V.
Other Resources: The Library has a collection of case studies, working papers, reprints of all courses related subject. The institute is a member of Sh. Vivekanand Library and Barkatuulah University Library that provide bigger, latest and enhanced pool of knowledge to the students and faculty.

Room and Seminar Halls
These
will be some of the most dynamic and interactive facilities
on the campus with the latest audio and video conferencing
facilities. Regular guest lectures and industrial
seminars will be organised by the students in the
Seminar Hall, which will have overhead, slide and
video projectors with large screens and other audio-visual
equipment. These facilities will be utilised for the
group discussions and presentations of the students
and also for the two-way live video-conferencing with
the international faculty, other branches of Maharishi
Institute of Management and business leaders around
the world.
Central Computing Facility
 
Maharishi Institute of Management (MIM), Bhopal has a well-equipped magnificent and functional computing and communication facilities for faculty, staff, and students of all courses. Excellent computer laboratory with most modern processors and internet connectivity through leased lines is functioning for MCA,MBA and BCA courses for the last seven years. The Computer Lab is well equipped with computing resources to cater to academic needs of the students. It has been recently upgraded with the latest computers and software at a cost of appx. Rs. 15 lacs. The Computer Lab has test reliable network of more than 90 Nodes.

ISDN Internet facility, which enables students to
access the latest state-of-the-art business information.
It also plays a vital role in coordinating with the
international professors, business leaders and research
scholars. Each student will have access to e-mail
through Internet.
